When we practice the disciplines of Solitude and Silence we show great restraint and abstinence.

We abstain from being distracted by the noise around us. We surrender the need to talk and to fill the empty air with clever thoughts or banter.

When we take time to exercise these virtues we learn to converse with God and to hear Him – first in the solitude, then in all life.

Join us as pastor Terry shares with us the fourth segment in our current sermon series, “Spiritual Disciplines”. Today’s message is entitled, “Silence and Solitude”.
